It is essential to wet cure the power Acryl treatment for minimum of 3 days. Start the curing after 12 hours or when the treatment has set sufficiently, so not to be scratched by nails easily. If water retaining structure has been treated, air- cure the treatment for 3 days after water curing is complete.

Plastobond should be placed on properly prepared surface. Clean the concrete or mortar surface to remove all oil, grease, curing compound and loose material. Pre-wet the surface to accept the plastobond coat. No shiny wet surface should be there, as this will impair the bonding of subsequent mortar layer. Apply plastobond formulation by brush on surface evenly. while the coat is still tacky, apply plaster coat over it for proper bonding. Generally apply the plaster coat within 30-40 minute of plastobond application for good result. Cure the plaster as per standard curing practice.

Introduction
Power Bond is mix joining mortar for laying fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, cement blocks and red clay bricks. This mortar gives better adhesion properties, enhanced strength high bond between the blocks or bricks. Power bond with its unique formulation allow this mortar to be thinner, compact and versatile in uses. Power bond make sure to give higher bond strength and durability at only 10mm thickness.
Mixing Methods
Prepare to mortar by mixing 25-30% water i.e. 10-15 litre of clean water per every 40kg bag of power bond. At site addition of water shall be adjusted to obtain desired consistency. Material can be mixed by 2 trowels facing backward to each other. Use mechanical mixer - electrical stirrer is recommended for better result. Mixing should be done for 5-10 minutes depending upon the speed of mixing equipment. Ensure that no powder is left unmixed at the bottom of the vessel and mix is homogeneous with no lumps.

Direction for Use
